Challenge

PW Buchführungs-Service operated entirely offline without any digital presence, forcing client intake and document handovers into an unorganized mix of physical mail, buried emails, and WhatsApp threads. Prospective clients—primarily craftspeople, tradespeople, and freelancers who work long, non-traditional hours—had no self-service way to learn about the firm's offerings, leaving them no choice but to call directly during business hours just to inquire about basic service scopes and pricing.

Objective

The project aimed to design and launch an approachable, trustworthy web presence that presents the firm as a credible alternative to larger digital accounting platforms. The core goals were to structure and clearly explain the firm's two main service areas—financial accounting and payroll accounting—while introducing fully transparent, self-serve tiered pricing and a simple appointment-booking flow that prospective clients could easily access on their own schedule.

Results

The project culminated in a live, fully responsive production website built on a website builder platform, ensuring the business owners can independently maintain content without needing custom code support. Guided by a warm, paper-inspired design system created to make complex financial services feel human and approachable, the site introduces transparent, turnover-tiered pricing tables that directly cross-reference letter-coded service breakdowns. To solve client intake friction, a lightweight appointment form was implemented that pre-fills consultation requests directly into the user’s email client, providing a functional, low-friction business tool that fits seamlessly into the mobile-first habits of the firm’s clients.
